Herbaceous and fruity Island Gin is emphasised in this tropical treat of a cocktail!

37.5ml Isle of Bute Island Gin
12.5ml Chartreuse
25ml Lime juice
20ml Passionfruit syrup
1 Passion fruit
25ml Egg whites/aquafaba

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake hard until well chilled. Strain liquid into another glass, pour ice out of cocktailer shaker and return liquid to shaker to re-shake with no ice. Fine strain into coupe glass of choice and garnish with a mint leaf. Enjoy!
