Punchy Heather Gin meets sweet honey and bright lemon in this refreshing, easy-sipper!

50ml Isle of Bute Heather gin
12.5ml Honey 25ml
Lemon juice
Lemon Honeycomb

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake hard with cubed ice, then strain into small rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with lemon and (if you’re able) some honeycomb. Enjoy!!
